An Iron Sleek "Hockey Rink" is framed using 3/4" plywood or Iron Sleek Poly Steel Rink boards. Both are available as add-ons with our kits. Plywood is available locally but we offer it as a convenience to our Parks and Recs customers. Our Poly Steel boards are not hollow, rather they are solid poly with steel cross members. Hockey rinks are the right choice for organizations or individuals who want higher boards than the basic skating rink for puck rebounds while still being open and inviting for open skating. Our hockey rink kits come standard with:
- Iron Sleek Brackets spaced at every 4'
- Includes both rink rounds and corner brackets
- 6 mil liner
- Mending channels or mending tabs to join adjacent boards
- Includes necessary hardware and installation tools
- General instructions or custom if needed.
Boards are not included with the standard package, but can be added on. You can choose 24" Plywood or Poly Steel Rink Boards.

Upgrade to Hockey Hybrid as shown above. Hockey Hybrid is a combination of tall backboards with medium height boards along the length of the rink. Just a simple check mark on the add-ons and your can easily upgrade to a combo hockey hybrid rink with tall backboards.
